The full meaning of iBAS++ / iBASS is an Integrated Budget and Accounting System. iBAS++ is also the upgrade system of iBAS. iBAS is one of the online accounting systems of all Govt. How to Do ibas++ registration
If you don’t have ibas++ registration user id, password, you should click registration yourself. Firstly, give your username or user id, which should be unique. If it is available, the below message appears like “Username is available” After that, give your national id or BD number in case of CGDF, that is stored in iBAS++ (specially the CGDF employee is given the BD number).

Government employees can use iBAS++ website to determine pay in National Pay Scale 2015 as on 1.7.2015. They can also do new recruitment, transfer, timescale, selection grade, higher grade, salary rescheduling. They will submit the salary determination form related to scale promotion in Same grade. The accounting office will verify the submitted information .

- Firstly, iBAS++ website is applicable only for government employees but not for employees of banks and autonomous bodies.
- Secondly, those employees who have already availed these benefits after 01.07.2015 are also required to fill and submit the form online. The salary determination and award of the benefit which is due first should be done first. 17 digit NID (including year of birth) and full verification number (eg 2200-1425) should be entered at the time of entry. If required, the full verification number can be obtained from the ‘Print Preview’ option of the ‘Salary Fixer’ screen.
- Thirdly, if the size of any order to be uploaded is more than 3 pages, a soft copy (in PDF/JPEG format) of the 1st page, the relevant name page and the last page with the signature of the order should be uploaded.
- Finally, re-fixation of pay if necessary, rules for filling up pay fixation form online after 01.07.2015, new appointment, transfer, promotion, timescale, selection grade, higher grade etc. can be seen in ‘Usage Guidelines’.

How to Recover iBAS++ Verification Number
In this regard, if you forgot your verification number, simply click on the Forgot verification button.
After clicking the forgot verification button, you will be prompted to enter your registered NID and captcha code. After clicking the send verification code, a message will be sent to your mobile showing your verification number.
However, after getting verification number, come to the previous tab to enter national id, verification no., captcha code. IN fine, after doing all of these things, now click on the ‘Log in” button to step forward.
